This design is created by manipulating layers of clear and colored glass to produce a light gathering image of burning branches in an open fire.

A discreet selection of granulated colored glass is picked up on a gather of clear then the combination is fused together in the furnace.

After more color is added the process is repeated before pressing the entire collection into an optic mold.

The process of blowing, shaping and detailing the design then begins before finishing in our Mercury vase styling.

This is one of our most popular designs because of the depth and luminosity of the image created in the vase wall.

There are several styles available of this blown sculpture that are equally popular and the price includes an engravable marble base.
